双语天地BilingualWorld 壮族古村“出圈”米粉山歌皆为非遗
近日,横州市一名驻村女书记在朋友圈晒出几张图片,惊艳了不少网友。壮族特色的院门,黄色的泥砖墙,用石片铺设的庭院,写有“教你说壮语”的簸箕……原来,那就是荣获第三批“中国少数民族特色村寨”的横州校椅镇青桐村委榃僧村。
据了解,榃僧村建村已有190多年,116户居民都是壮族。榃僧村非常注重文化的传承,村中保存最完善年代最久的一栋古民居始建于1883年,始建于上个世纪60至70年代的也有13栋。“ItisunderstoodthatTanseng Village has a history of more than190 years and 116 families are all Zhuang na-tioanlity. Tanseng Village attaches great im-portance to cultural inheritance. The oldestand the best preserved house in the villagewas built in 1883, and there are also 13 hous-es built in the 1960s and 1970s.”。
南宁人爱吃粉,榃僧村也不例外,他们还有自己特色的簸箕粉,也叫石磨粉,被列为广西第七批自治区级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录。“PeopleinNanningliketoeatricenoodles, and so do the people in TansengVillage. They have their own special Win-nowing Pan Rice Noodles. It is called stonemill rice noodles as well and it is on the listof the seventh batch of representative intan-gible cultural heritage item at the autono-mousregionlevelinGuangxi.”。做簸箕粉前要先将选好的大米浸泡软化,之后用石磨磨成浆。“Before making thewinnowing pan
rice noodles, soak and soften the rice first,
and then grind the rice into pulp with thestonemill.”。旺火烧开锅里的水,先用刷子在簸箕上刷一层油,再用勺子将适量米浆倒进簸箕里,双手将簸箕轻晃轻转,让米浆顺势摊满整个簸箕,然后放入大锅里,盖上盖子。“Boil the water in the pot. Brush a little oil

intothepotandcoverit.”。几分钟后揭开锅盖,用刮子沿边刮一圈,轻轻把粉剥下卷成条,切成小段装碟,拌上生抽即可食用。“Afewminutes later, open the lid, scrape the rice

itsmall pieces and add some soy sauce. Now itisreadytoeat.”。榃僧村保留了比较完整的壮族民俗风情及美食制作工艺、手工艺等,除了簸箕粉,大粽、粉虫、糍粑、甜玉米等也是村里的特色美食。马蹄糕、壮锦编织荣获市级非物质文化遗产。
同时与簸箕粉一起在2018年列为自治区级非物质文化遗产的还有壮歌歌圩。每年农历三月三,榃僧村村民都穿着蓝淀壮族服饰对唱山歌。
走在榃僧村,不管是独具特色的民居,还是唇齿留香的美食,或是阿姆们的蓝淀壮族服饰,展示特色壮文化的村史馆,都能给来者留下民族文化记忆。
