南充 源远流长嘉陵江 千年绸都第一城
南充市位于四川盆地东北、嘉陵江中游，人口759.64万，幅员1.25万平方公里，是四川省第二人口大市、中国优秀旅游城市、国家园林城市、全国清洁能源示范城市、久负盛名的“绸都”，国家规划定位的成渝经济区北部中心城市、川东北区域中心城市。2012年，GDP总量达1180.36亿元，社会固定资产投资达881.20亿元。成功迈入百万人口特大城市行列，城市主城区面积101平方公里、人口103万。

南充是国家重要的商品粮和农副产品生产基地，牧业、果业、蚕业、林业、优质粮油等资源丰富，素有“水果之乡”、“丝绸之都”的美誉。南充地处西南最大岩盐沉积盆地核心，盐卤储量1.8万亿吨，石油天然气资源丰富，现已开发龙岗、元坝两个特大气田，是四川省石油天然气和能源化工基地。南充科教资源丰富，实力雄厚，是川东北区域科教文化中心。拥有西南石油大学、西华师范大学、川北医学院等普通高校6所和科研机构80多个，各类专业技术人员达16万人。

南充经济开发区新材料产业园总规划面积40平方公里，既是四川省规划的三大石化产业基地之一，也是南充市依托丰富石化资源、天然气资源和盐卤资源打造的专业化产业园区，园区基础设施完善，正在建设专用的大件码头和铁路专用线，重点发展石油化工、精细化工、生物化工4条产业链。目前，园区已有四川晟达、台湾联成化工等多家企业进场开工建设，到2015年末，园区将实现销售收入500亿元，2020年将突破1000亿元。TheNewMaterialIndustrialParkinNanchongEconomicDevelopmentZonehasaplannedareaof40squarekilometers.ItisoneofthethreebasesforpetrochemicalindustryasplannedbySichuanandalsoaspecializedindustrialparkcreatedbyNanchongrelyingonitsabundantpetrochemical,naturalgasandbitternresources.Theparkhascompleteinfrastructure.Withinthepark,aspecialheavygoodswharfandrailwayisundercon-struction;focuswillbeplacedondevelopingfourindustrialchainsforpetro-chemical,finechemicalandbiochemicalengineering.Currently,theparkhasalreadygotmultipleenterprisesenteringforconstructionandestablishment,includingSichuanShengdaCompanyandUPCGroupfromTaiwan.Bytheendof2015,theparkisexpectedtorealizesalesrevenueof50billionyuan.By2020,thesalesrevenueisexpectedtoexceed100billionyuan.
