置信巴中经开区“两化”互动示范园项目：

ProjectofDemonstrationParkofInteractionbetweenNewIndus-try and New Urbanization, BazhongZhixinEconomicDevelop-mentZone巴中经济开发区“两化”互动示范园项目规划面积5平方公里，示范园核心区建设用地面积2000亩，包括产业园区、产业配套区、商住区、集中商业区、行政服务区、市政公园等。项目由成都置信（实业）集团有限公司的子公司——巴中置信投资有限公司投资建设。

Theproposedareaofprojectofdemonstrationparkofinteractionbetweennewindustryandurban-izationinBazhongZhixinEconomicDevelopmentZoneis50，000km2withthecoverageofcoreareaof133hectares,includingtheindus-trialpark, industrysupportingarea,residentialandcommercialarea, commercialconcentratedarea,administrativeservicearea,municipalparkandothers.TheprojectisinvestedandbuiltbyBazhongZhixinInvestmentCo.,Ltd,thesubsidiaryofChengduZhixin(Industry)GroupCo.,Ltd.“两化”互动示范园打破通常产业功能区和城市功能区泾渭分明布局的惯例，让生产、生活、生态功能有机交融，配套设施完备、类别丰富，产业配套的比例合理，服务半径适中。

Theconventionofentiredif-ferentarrangementofindustrialfunctionareaandurbanfunctionareahasbeenbrokenbythedemonstrationparkofInteractionbetweenNewIndustryandNewUrbanizationtoreachtheorganicinteractionofproduction,lifeandecologicalfunctions.Moreovertheparkisalsofeaturedwithcompletesupportingfacilities,richtypes,reasonableproportionofindustrialmatchedpartandproperservicescope.

置信以配套先行、精品品质、亲情服务三大理念建设“两化”互动示范园，打造经开区的招商服务平台和运营服务平台，专注于企业生产环节之外的配套服务工作，使企业能够“轻资产”运作，甚至实现“拎包入住”，让企业将宝贵的资金投入到生产环节中去，大大降低企业的运行成本。
