致在汉外籍人士的一封倡议书
AProposalLettertoForeignersinHanzhong
针对近期新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，陕西省已于1月25日启动了重大突发公共卫生事件I级响应，汉中市委、市政府高度重视，统一部署，各项疫情防控工作有序展开。在此，我们向在汉的各位外籍人士提出如下倡议：
Tocopewiththepneumoniaoutbreakcausedbythenovelcoronavirus(2019-nCoV),ShaanxiProvincelaunchedthehighest-level(LevelI)responsetomajorpublichealthemergenciesonJanuary25,2020.TheCPCHanzhongCityCommitteeandthePeople’sGovernmentofHanzhongCityhaveattachedhighimportancetotheissueandhasmadeconcertedandcoordinatedpreventionandcontrolefforts.TheForeignAffairsOfficeofthePeople’sGovernmentofHanZhongCityherebysendsthefollowingmessagestotheforeignnationalslivingandtravelinginHanzhong：
（一）做好自我防护 保持良好的个人卫生习惯，咳嗽、打喷嚏时务必使用纸巾或肘部捂住口鼻，注意勤洗手。外出时佩戴医用防护口罩，废弃口罩规范投放。注意居所卫生，适当开窗通风。避免接触任何野生动物或禽类动物，减少生冷食物摄入，食用熟食，多喝热水。

basedhandrub.Pleasewearasurgicalmaskwhengoingoutanddisposetheusedmasktothedesignatedgarbagebin.Pleasekeeptheroomcleanandopenthewindowforfreshairfromtimetotime.Pleaseavoidunprotectedcontactwithwildorfarmanimals.Cuteatingcoldandunder-cookedfood.Havethoroughlycookedfoodanddrinkmorehotwater.
（二）减少外出活动 尽量不要外出，避免前往人员密集场所，暂停聚会聚餐等群体性活动。
2.Reduceoravoidoutdooractivities
Pleaseavoidcrowdedareas,andcancelparties,groupdinnersandothergroupactivities.
（三）不适及时就诊 若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，第一时间佩戴医用防护口罩到汉中市各地定点医疗机构就诊。3.Checkyourhealthconditionregularly
Pleasemeasureyourbodyareas,pleasereporttotemperatureonaregularbasis.Whensuchsymptomsasfever,cough,difficultyinbreathing,orgeneralweaknessoccur,pleasewearasurgicalmaskandseekmedicalcarerightawayatdesignatedhospitalsinHanzhongCity.
（四）参加联防联控 如果近期曾赴访疫情高发地区，或接触过这些地区的来汉人员，请第一时间电话向当地指定医院或外事部门报告，同时要密切注意身体状况，多居家休息，少外出活动。当政府、社区和医疗机构人员做疫情防控登记询问时，请予以理解支持并配合做好工作。
4.BeresponsibleandcooperativeIncaseofrecentvisittoaffectedareasorhavingcontactwithpeoplefromthesethedesignatedlocalhospitalsorforeignaffairsofficebyphoneasearlyaspossible.Thenheedpersonalhealthmore,stayathomeforamplerestandreduceoutdooractivities.Pleasesupportandcooperatewiththegovernment,communityormedicalstaffforhealthinformationinquiriesandcollection.
（五）及时关注权威信息发布 请关注汉中市人民政府“汉中发布”微信公众号、汉中市卫健委官方网站等，获取新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方权威信息通报，并了解汉中市各地救治定点医院信息和联系方式、有关疫情防控措施以及重要通知通告等，也可致电汉中卫生健康热线（0916）2214923了解相关信息。
5.Followthelatestupdatesfromtheauthorities
PleasefollowtheWeChataccountofHanzhongPeople’sGovernment“HanzhongRelease”,orthenewsontheofficialwebsiteofHanzhongCityHealthCommissiontoobtainthelatestupdatesofthedisease,informationofdesignatedhospitalsforpatientswiththenovelcoronavirus,preventivemeasures,andimportantnotices.YoumayalsocallthehotlineofHanzhongCityHealthCommissionat(0916)2214923forrelevantinformation.
